here we fucking go, the messages are already starting to come in from nob heads i've not spoken to in years. "Alright mate, hows it going how've you been?" "Hey mate, let me know when youre free to help on some bitcoin stuff" "Bitcoin 👀" "Should I buy here?" Always the same. Time is a flat circle.

"Value for value" was not a term coined in the 2020's by technologist, but by a writer and philosopher in the 1940's. Word for word, and in the *exactly* correct context. Few. So so few understand this. And it makes me a little sad that even within a tight knit, high signal group the loss of mutual understanding on the basics aren't yet fully understood. We agree on the "Why", but still differ on the "How", because the "Why" isn't given it's proper time and thought.

Twitter hacks people prone to Projection. The Nostr hacks people inclined to Sublimation. Both serve to protect the ego from feelings or thoughts that are hard to cope with. Like say, the live-streamed collapse of Western Civilization. Projection deals with avoiding self-reflection by attributing one's unwanted feelings to others (Twitter, emotional/reactive, negative) Sublimation involves redirecting those valid feelings into constructive activities. (Nostr, stoic, positive) Nostrnauts are just built different from the hapless mob. Who is responsible??

Big blocker for growth is the ability to delegate properly. It's a learned skill, and as disagreeable types i think it's endemic to Bitcoiners. It adds avoidable costs to shared efforts. Delegation is not abdication. It is the bifurcation of any task into roles: Responsible: who actually completes the task Accountable: the "owner" of the result Consulted: who needs to provide input before the work starts Informed: who needs to be aware its happening Grok this if you're not familiar/comfortable with man-mangement and you'll 80% more productive (and loved) from Day 1.

The masculine urge to learn Italian and German to better understand their literature. Dante's Divine Comedy in English doesn't even touch the original work. The attempts to match the verse are structurally impossible, and the prose-only translations are as literal and ugly as a photocopied Polaroid picture of a wedding. Italian is not even talking, its a way of singing. It's ancient and beautiful. Matchless. If you have a native understanding of Italian - you are blessed. William Blake and Gustave Dore did the best justice to Dante as a artist by illustrating the works. Translations are a disaster. Makes me look at the English Bible differently. It's utterly limited by the individual translator. To think you understand the direct word of God directly through a literal interpretation of a story translated 2 or 3 times by fallible humans is a very limited perspective.

This is a superb piece of content in its own right but also an interesting model for Bitcoiners to adopt. Start at a non Bitcoin related topic (in this case Machiavelli, and then lead the audience into a massive orange pill, whilst maintaining the continuity, taking anyone from A to ₿ seamlessly. Would work in long form articles as well. All roads lead to Satoshi.
