When dealing with a customer care rep, over the phone, you can usually tell within the first 60 seconds if there is going to be a "gap in communication styles". If there's a gap, politely, but quickly end the call, call back and hope you get a different rep. Over the course of your life time you will have saved yourself a few weeks maybe months of time and frustration. #RandomThoughts

A story someone shared with me that I haven't seen in a while but I believe him. And it goes like this. Oh and I didn't even know his real name. I might have shared this story before, if not this #Nostr account an older one. But this episode brought that era of my life back to front of mind. Funny thing. He (⛵) said in Jan of 2024 was when he thought #BTC was legitimized and would not be banned by the regulators. In August of 2020, was when I realized the gov'ment was not going to arrest me if they found out I owned #BTC August of 2020 was about the time I saw $aylor & Breedlikes on the "What is Money #Podcast ?" Prior to that, even with Coinbase having gone public and a bunch of folks on YouTube talking about #BTC ....in public. I held what little I had bc I thought the Gov'ment would eventually ban it and make it illegal as soon as they figured out what it was. I held the little the few I had, with the expectation that it would be NGU after the gov banned it. I was wrong, but I'm OK seeing it go this route too. But yeah, back then 2013-14'ish (Silkroad shutdown) I was waiting for a ban by Unc Sam to cash out in Jamaica or Haiti someplace and live like a fat cat, actually, maybe just a chubby cat.

Going for only 2 nights, but looking forward to it.

If you are on #nostr you should feel smart bc: Remember when you first discovered #btc thought it was too late, so you bett on the alts with the hope of catching up to the OGs? Subsequently got reckt at the alt casinos to eventually get back to #btc and truly understand why it was different?! Well, wall street is about to hit the alt casinos with other peoples money. We here already know how that movie ends. #ETH + #ETF = #REKT -> Only then will they figure out what we already did. This is one of the many reasons why you should all feel like the smart ones in the room right now. Wakes at at 2:30am (fer no reason attallll). Walks around, quietly pokes head in bedrooms to see everyone made it home, peacefully asleep (even the dogstr). Goes back to my bedroom (which doubles as my office/HQ) and does a lil #Noster'ing in total peace and quiet. No complaints from this Pleb on this day. ✌🏽🙏🏽💜🫂

Every evening, my sister calls me after work so that I can debrief her on Mom's day. With detail. After which my sister calls Mom to speak with her. She asks mom questions about her day, who she saw, met and spoke with, etc. Mom answers in her mweh mweh language, which is all the speech she is currently limited to. And of course my sister knows all the answers. BECAUSE OF ME. Mom loves it bc she thinks my sister is the only one on the planet that understands her mweh, mweh mweh language. Mom is always in high spirits after those calls. So net positive effort/results So now my mom thinks I'm the idiot bc I can't understand her mweh mweh mweh language but my sister can. #MyLife

It's not right and I know this. But when I hear one person shout to the cashier "learn to speak American dumb...." On the inside...I lol. It's wrong. But if you can't laugh at an embecile, is it really America?! #RandomThoughts

The influencers, educators and other public figures with the #btc orange pilling powers, (whom I feel we are lucky to have on our side) regardless of what they're doing at home (not ma binness) they are the ones who decided to run point and be first going through that door. The first one in, almost always catches a round or two. Running point sucks, but sometimes they feel compelled to bc if they don't, it'll be a friend or someone with an unaligned agenda/incentive. All that to say, I'm not one for throwing stones (usually). But dang...dem memes are hilarious. Peace, love, chill and do YOU. Unless attacked of course.
