Good morning and happy Monday #nostr fam. I'm excited today bc I get 30 the next days and 30 nights for which I will be on a spiritual journey. I've budgeted 10k miles for the period. I had a female pit once that lived to be 18 years old. All that to say, I hope to be that lucky with Wiggles. One sure way to get tennis elbow; 5k of steps per day pushing a wheelchair on slanted sidewalks. Whether its the left or right elbow is dependent on which way the sidewalk slants. This can also lead to asymmetry is pectorial development amongst other things. You're probably thinking, hey shash just go opposite directions everyday. I have a pair of old sneakers in the trunk of my car that I put on every time I go to the dog park to do my steps. And when I step out of the dog park but before I get into my car, I remove my old sneakers and put on my other footwear. I call this pair my "poop shoes". They permit me to get my steps in while at the park. However, even though there are poop bags and trash cans available near by, we still have dog poop on the ground at the dog park. And the reason we have dog poop on the ground at the dog park is bc sometimes us humans get so caught up in conversation with each other (let's face it dog humans are freaking cool and interesting....mostly) and so we miss or don't see when our dog do their business. This understanding is new for me. Until recently, I understood the same situation to be bc some humans are @$$holes.
