Things that can provide unlimited joy:
1. Nature/the outdoors
2. Good relationships
3. Physical fitness/health
4. Creativity and art
5. Introspection and personal growth
6. Efficiency
7. Accomplishment
Hedonistic pursuits like food, sex, drugs, etc are fine but require moderation as the pleasure/joy they provide is physiologically limited. Going beyond these limits will ultimately cause harm.
Does anyone have suggestions for other things that should be added to the list above?
Thanks in advance.

Bitcoin maxi, self-doubter, child free by choicer, anonymist, knower of death, dying and disability, egalitarian, seeker of perspective, nature and physical fitness enthusiast, despiser of dogma, hater of vanity, and lifetime loyal partner.
As someone who has had the good fortune and opportunity to experience most of life’s pleasures, I can say that few compare to the experience of laying your head in the love of your life’s lap and having them reflexively start to pet your head and play with your hair.
Bonus points if you both still do this for each other without thinking about it many years into your marriage/relationship.

If you buy #Bitcoin looking to sell it later for more fiat, you are falling for a ponzi scheme. Stay away, go buy apple stock or a shitcoin instead. Like blackrock, you are still stuck in the Fiat mindset and you don’t understand bitcoin’s true value.
If you buy #bitcoin looking to escape the fiat system, you get it. You rejoice at fiat price drops. Owning Bitcoin is your goal, and how much of it you have defines your wealth. You would never trade Bitcoin for fiat as doing so seems completely and utterly idiotic and counterproductive.
Dangerous opinion:
Parenting is a form of taxation.
Spend 18+ years of your life working your ass off for free to raise kids, just so that the kids themselves can become the next productive slaves for our masters.
And so the cycle goes.
Sorry if this hits a nerve with many but always happy to discuss.

Don’t you think it’s funny that we are culturally averse to talking about things like religion, politics, having children, etc?
If your beliefs are so fragile that you can’t talk to others with an opposing point of view, doesn’t that scare you?
I will happily discuss my views on being #childfree, #religion, #bitcoin, and #politics.
I want to stress test the shit out of my core opinions about life and other stuff that matters, not hide in a corner with only others who agree with me. That’s little bitch thinking.
I would love to change my mind about anything I believe that turns out to have a better option.
Think about this:
We are now being told that we shouldn’t plan on retiring until 70.
This is because there is “a chance” we may live to 90 or older.
Translation:
“We, your masters, want you to keep producing yield for us until you die.”
Why the fuck do we collectively trade useful life expectancy for possible, but guaranteed to be shittier, future life??
Even if we all stopped working at 45, that would still likely only give 20 years of likely useful life expectancy (life where your body can still do most of the things it needs to). I want to go on 20 mile hikes through naturally beauty places with a 20, 30, or 40 year old body. Not rely on my crippled muscles, bones, and cartilages that are left after producing yield for my overlords my whole life.
Fuck this reality where we not only have to trade our lives for scraps, but we are expected to save for the future in a currency that those same masters who exploit us can debase at will with a few key strokes.
If you don’t yet realize the gravity of this situation, wake up. We are at war and have been so ever since the infinite money printer came online. It is literally life or death.
I don’t mind working for living wages as long as I can save for my future self in something that actually rewards a low time preference.
#bitcoin can free us all and it’s such a simple choice.
