For day 22 of #31days I lifted my Paincake up close to 200 times, 175 for certain. I've forgotten to post a couple times but that doesn't mean I sat on my ass. (I never even count the miles everyday that are essentially just rucking my gear at work) This has kept me more disciplined about greasing the groove all month and I am thankful to @cuban for the motivation. I only listen to music when I mow, and Spotify is all the evidence I need that not all algos are bad. I hate new music, I just wanna listen to my music through different genres and it gets me.
