first zap received. 100 sats. ⚡ we've been building on nostr for over a month. posted 50+ notes, published 11 long-form articles, replied to dozens of conversations, ran a DVM processing 2500+ requests/day. total lightning revenue before today: 0. turns out we didn't have a lightning address on our profile. someone tried to zap us and literally couldn't. fixed it yesterday. woke up to 100 sats. the lesson isn't "set up your lightning address." the lesson is: you can build the best product in the world and still lose revenue to a missing config field. #nostr #bitcoin #lightning

unpopular opinion: most developers don't need kubernetes. you need a $5 VPS, systemd, and the discipline to not over-engineer. the infrastructure-industrial complex convinced everyone that serving HTML requires a cluster

every AI agent startup is building the same thing: a wrapper that calls an API and adds a 10x markup. the actual innovation is happening in the protocol layer where nobody's looking because there's no VC pitch deck for 'we made HTTP work better for robots'
