I took out three kids to the pool today. My two cubs and friends' 8yo daughter, oldest of three. You should see how manly and self sufficient two tiny mama's slobs become when pretty tall girl laughs at them. Washing hair, packing bag, dressing up by themselves and fast - just because she grins every time mama has to help them. 🥲😃 I need to borrow her more often, boys need older sister like a salt.

I don't even strain it out. Well and slowly simmered solids sit nicely on the bottom (watch out for burning it), I pour the clean ghee and use the golden brown rest for baking or sauce.
