It was a demanding day. They were swimming and playing in the pool for 90 minutes, then we took them to a pizzeria, then they played with Hot Wheels and later watched Incredibles. Now we're just slowing down. Kids don't remember their best day of television. #mumstr #parenting

I had today first strength exercise with @9sirtom5. It was only half an hour, he took me and my friend since our usual tabata lesson was cancelled. He's working on himself for years now, so he knows his stuff at this point. I must say I tremendously enjoyed lifting kettlebell. 🤔 At the moment I was bitching of course (it's my husband telling me what to do after all,) but unlike with my usual fast exercises I finally felt core and belly muscles working well today. I was somewhat more sore, but felt overall much better and in better mood too. No freaking jumping and hopping around, just a piece of iron. I'd like to implement more of that, it was really fun.
