New sing teacher tortured me a bit. Juiced out nearly 3,5 octaves from me and then found out I'm not opening mouth properly. So rest of the lesson were exercises i-yA e-yO and my mouth seriously hurts. I, with mouth like a machine gun, do not open enough and therefore won't get as loud as I COULD. And we shall concentrate on that. Absolutely made my day.

Off to the lesson from one very good, lovely teacher and popular theatre singer/musical director. Can't wait, he's slowly dying from sclerosis and thus giving his life and legacy all he's got left. Turned dark af, didn't it. Count your blessings.

Haberdashery and all these adjoined innocent and useful hobbies are seriously dangerous. Yes, you can sew a shirt "for free," you can knot your own colorful socks out of real quality wool. It has a lot in common with doing music. You just buy some rather cheap guitar and learn to play, people will like it and you're talented, it'll be nice to have such a hobby! You'll end up with 8 expensive guitars browsing for some vintage Stratocaster. And with all DIY you'll just drown in fabrics or yarn.
