I found a photo of failed Linzer cookies I made in Germany in 2018😃 I love it, it looks like dog's ass. 😆 Germans use different coarse sugars than czechs, so I bought wrong kind of fine sugar and this sensitive type of butter cookie melted. It was bloody delicious, but I still think about this every season. 😆 I used them as the base and saved the day.
