Israel is well aware that any Iranian nuclear facilities are far underground and well shielded. Conventional artillery will have no effect on that infrastructure. Israel is simply "poking the bear", trying to force the USA to intervene.
Now, if your friend or child were poking a bear in the woods, what would your reaction be? Do you shoot the bear? Hit it with a stick? Or do you grab your child and give him a little timeout? Or maybe you just let your stupid friend get mauled by the bear.

It’s here! New Orleans is notorious for being behind trends - cigar bars got here just as they were fading elsewhere, Starbucks got here only in the 21st century, but not this time! Presenting….LIVE facial recognition, with the claim that this is the first instance of its use in the USA. Of course this is the norm in Chinese cities and I doubt that it hasn’t already been in use in the USA, but maybe not with city government approval and support. Yay, New Orleans? :(
