I just asked a collaborator/colleague/friend in Scotland to check out some documentation re: nostr. Wanted to see if she could make sense of it. She’s a normie like me. Her takeaway: “But for me, I don't know what a protocol is, so I definitely don't know what an open protocol is, and I don't know what value-for-value publishing means either.” Whenever I explain a protocol now, I give the analogy of email protocols. Any similar way to say it apart from a full analogy? :)

Disability inclusion at its finest. This interpreter is deaf, and she’s in frame, interpreting the press briefing into ASL. Typically US news stations don’t keep an interpreter in frame/this close to the podium. In this instance, it took 4 deaf Americans being murdered (and likely follow up from our nations deaf leaders) to ensure ASL is in frame. It’s challenging that that’s the reality. Hopefully this brings deeper consciousness to viewers re: the necessity of ASL.

In recent weeks I’ve been committed to making meals at home and inviting over loved ones for dinner. Today I’m like, oof. Just want to be in bed or get take out. Is this what it’s like when you have kids? Anyone stoked to cook for their kiddos daily?

Sometimes I schedule in some mindless tv. My new fav is Vanderpump Rules. The dudes on the show are the perfect balance of sincere and a🧡❤️🩷💜💛🧡❤️. It’s like the west coast version of Jersey Shore (my fav) and I just laugh every episode. The facial reaction of the guys is just 🤌🏽

Tech world: what error did I make? Do I need to rebuild the site? The brilliant person who made my initial site doesn’t work with us anymore (she became a farmer; so proud of her)

Todays smh goes to the pharmaceutical industry. A dear friend of mine is a pharmacist for a region in the US and the disconnect between front line pharmacists and overarching stakeholders is just 🤦🏾‍♀️ A familiar tune in many industries. Trying to #Oommm it out this morning 🧘🏽‍♀️

My dad and brother have Covid 😔 My brother has had it before but my dads in Denver in a hotel by himself and hasn’t. Wish I could be there to run errands for him 😔 Sending positive thoughts that he will have a minor case and heal quickly.
