Many things in the US piss me off, but few things piss me off like the fact that I can pay cash for a house and still have it taken away if I don't pay a perpetual fee (basically rent) to the government. And they can still dictate pretty much every decision related to the property, basically like a landlord. Some jurisdictions are obviously better than others, but I haven't found a single place where this isn't true to some degree and it grinds my fucking gears.

Buying at the top before understanding Bitcoin and shitcoins and then riding it into the fucking ground for years really changes a man. I have a lot more fun with bear markets these days. I get some sick joy out of it. I'm either crazier or wiser. Maybe both.
