Helped out at this little bookstore today, basically its just a place for folks to come in, get out of the weather if they’re homeless, and be able to be social without being on the street. theyve got a tv with a fireplace playing, and chill music. There’s literally no place for a lot of these folks to go during the day, and this gives them a chance to come in, socialize, and be safe. there’s a food pantry donated foods there and free donated clothes as well. This way nothing is feeding a giant corporation. Somebody gave them an espresso machine recently, so they built a little coffee bar and now serve fancy coffee drinks (1 per day limit) to the folks. There’s something really heartwarming about being able to give someone a caramel mocha latte when their life is a daily struggle.

Today: Finished this Left-Side Crown watch with an aluminum dial I got cut to order from Devine Machine Co! Added the finish to the dial and engraved it, removed the date wheel, then added painted hour and minute hands. No seconds. Paired with a 22mm BluShark leather strap. #Watchstr
