Just self-hosted my own NIP-05. No more relying on third-party verifiers. It's super easy to do yourself: 1. Own a domain 2. Create a .well-known/nostr. json file 3. Add: { "names": { "yourname": "npub1..." } } 4. Host it at: yourdomain. com/.well-known/nostr.json Now any client can verify your npub as you@yourdomain. Private, sovereign, and just looks cooler. #nostr #plebchain

GM ☀️ This is my 6th child. I've been meticulously caring for this avocado since I bought him from the grocer. First I've ever gotten to take root and sprout.

Nothing quite convinces you of how crap your privacy setup is like personally tracking your movements on the Blockchain. Between force closed lightning channels you weren't expecting that show everyone your ex-channels size and funds, to tracking liquid addresses until the peg out and correlating with the on chain transaction. So many ways you can unintentionally leak.

Kinda miss the zapathon. Love it or hate it, there was quite the turnout when everyone was whoring out their weekly stash of memes for sats.

I tried the drop shipping business back before there were tacky regulations around it. I was new to the world of entrepreneurship (still hate that word) and I did it wrong, lost some money, never touched it again. So today (for weeks now actually), I was trying to think of ways in which I could be a service to this community. Let's be honest, we all know how to build websites so that service is silly for me to offer. We want privacy over marketing, so SEO isn't of major interest because of the Google machine. So I thought maybe a proxy shopper service would work out. I put together a quick landing page, and tor mirror. I'll be honest, while I have nice systems in place to convert to fiat safely and privately, I don't know what I don't know going into this, and it feels like that drop shipping situation way back when. If you are interested in testing out the process so that I can iron out details, let me know. I would appreciate it and reimburse you your payment + any fees you incurred if I set fire to it. I feel like something like this still requires a level of trust, so I pinned my Nostr profile to it in hopes that risking public humiliation would add a level of security 😅.
