The wait for the US "Bitcoin Strategic Reserve" reminds me of the wait for the effective adoption of Bitcoin as legal tender in the Central African Republic. In the end, the CAR president and his crypto friends — one of them was a Cameroonian fugitive who had defrauded several million $ from gullible and naive crypto investors in his country and the diaspora — launched "Sangocoin" instead. History rhymes...?
