Any of you running Hermes agent to do 'real' work? Like not just to play around #asknostr
At this point i'm thinking that the way it's implemented there is no real 'multi-agent' implementation and it's effectively the same as booting different hermes installs. Actually that way might be more elegant

Last week i accidentally listened to an AI generated podcast episode. After making fun of my colleague a few weeks earlier I changed my mind. It's so information dense, and a great way to learn about a topic.
Should i feel dirty now?

Working on making asknostr.site open-source. Not because i think many people will run it themselves but just because it feels right.
I want to have a one-click install that creates the whole stack + nostr relay.
In this 'single-relay' node it can run internally in a company network and act as an internal stackoverflow/quoras
Been digging into Nostr retention stats from https://stats.andotherstuff.org/
Nostr cohorts look like this:
- Week 1 retention: ~5β10%β©
- By Week 4: ~0β3%
This pretty much states that hardly anyone stays around....
For reference: a16zβs benchmarks for consumer social networks say:
- βOKβ apps: 40%+ Week 1, 20%+ Week 4β©
- βGreatβ apps: 75% Week 1, 50%+ Week 4
So yes, our retention is objectively bad right now β and thatβs the point of this post. How can we improve retention?
If we want to make this thing work every nostr app/developer needs to obsess over those retention cohorts
