The most valuable lesson of my career was one sentence: work precedes motivation. Not the other way around. I wasted years waiting to feel inspired before I'd sit down. Backwards. Motivation shows up after you start — never before. Save this for the next day you don't feel like it. 🔥

Undoubtedly focused on Bitcoin. The music industry is rotten with parasites that feed from the creative energy of artists. And that needs to stop. I’m on a mission to build Bitcoin tools for musicians and artists. Artists need Bitcoin. They just don’t know it yet. Adoption not only means people buying Bitcoin. It also means every app using Bitcoin in some way or another. Keep building.

Spotify is a large tumor in the music industry. That’s just facts. Artists need micro-transactions over the internet with hard money. Artists need Bitcoin more than they know they do. We need to stop begging Spotify for fraction of a penny. I’ll think of something. The music industry is broken.

Say what you want, but offline ecash payments seem like the best alternative for internet and power outages. I know we can use satellites, radio, mesh networks, and even send a PSBT to a friend with an online node. But the average joe will probably benefit from just having a small balance for 15-30 spend. Also, speed wise, is you need to buy food or gas, ecash is probably faster than sending a USB with a PSBT to a friend in another city. What do you all think?

Artists are lowering the quality of their music in order to increase volume in a world where apps and algorithms reward volume and not quality. Artist are broke. Being forced to spend 95% of the year traveling alone, performing, little sleep and bad diet in order to make a living from their craft. They are living the dream… or so they say. Most are anxious, stressed and depressed. Being pressured by labels and managers to create more music, more content, go viral, engage with their fans, build and email list, take more flights, more lonely nights at hotels, etc etc etc. The music industry is slowly making their artists sick. The same artists that create the art they sell and keep 85% of the value. The industry is fucked. And Bitcoin is the ONLY solution. Artists need Bitcoin. And they need it now.
