@Leon excellent interview with On Ramp! I had a meeting with my client yesterday and we were discussing similar topics of how to transition traditional real estate investors into a BTC real estate development and operations mod versus the old investment model. I’m going to show this video to a friend and see if we can test it out on a small duplex development he is planning.
