Haven’t been on in a while, but I wanted to share today’s garden harvest. These are the first Patty pans, cukes and eggplant of the season. Also, my first and only harvest from my peach tree. The dang squirrels keep eating all the peaches. Made squash casserole with squash and onions I grew for dinner and added hamburger meat.
