I truly believe that in the same way we have food labeled as “organic” and “non-GMO” is eventually the exact same concept that we will have with labeling books, shows, and movies to show that they are real and authentic, i.e. made by a human being without the use of #AI. At that point, I believe it is up to the individual to decide. I consciously and purposely choose to not eat anything fake nor harmful whenever it is possible to do so. And I am just as extreme with my mental diet. I think it will get to a point where I am so disgusted with generated slop that I will refuse to read or watch anything unless it is fully human. After all, that is what #technology is for. It’s supposed to be for human beings, not against us. Generative AI is not art, and it never will be.
