Been saying this for a while. There is a significant fire hazard with EV's due to the lithium batteries. 1st you can have thermal runaway where you damage the battery puncturing it etc causing the conductive layers to short inside the cell. 2nd is the lithium itself. If water comes in contact with lithium you have an exothermic reaction creating lithium oxide and releasing hydrogen. It's exothermic meaning it gets increasingly hot as the chemical reaction occurs. The heat + hydrogen being released is not a good combo.

Wow this is huge! Means you could have an ASIC mining bitcoin and it won't get extremely hot. Also Data Centers will seriously be able to pack more computing power inside because the large HVAC requirements won't be necessary.
