GM nostr. Happy 2026. Two days out from 5 years as a Bitcoiner, 2025 taught me what 2021 failed to: You can be right on premise, but wrong on timing. I didn't stay humble, and used debt leverage to try to outpace price movement that I wrongly assumed was about to occur. While the strategy seemed successful for the first several years, eventually reality clashed with my imagined timeline and the paper gains dissolved. I was fortunate in that my losses were only paper losses, but I was humbled by 2025. I was forced to reexamine my view of the future, to retake accountability for my own path, to not blindly trust that price moves alone will allow me to reach my goals, and to commit to staying humble and stacking sats. There is no asset I would rather store my time in, and that asset is too precious to gamble with. Here's to a more humble and more productive year, one focused on POW, not financial games. Here's to 2026. 💜🐕
