Update from my second #workout. I did 40 #squats, 20 #pushups and 25 #crunches. I don't know if this is good or bad, but I start my workouts with #running. This time it was for 15 minutes and then I do 10 minutes of #stretching. After that I do my weight training.
Do you think this is a good beginner's #fitness plan?
Yesterday I did my first workout as I promised in my introduction post. Today I had my first sore muscle. I did 30 squats, 20 pushups and 20 crunches, I also did 10 minutes of running and 10 minutes of stretching. I hope the pain is worth it and it will go away. #fitness #motivation #focus
