Likely to be an unpopular opinion on this platform, but Bitcoin is not the saving grace of the financial world and it feels like I'm witnessing a massive psyop with the way BTC is being promoted and romanticized on Nostr. There is a place for cryptocurrencies, but most implementations are cash grabs, are poorly implementated, lack true anonymity, and are legitimately adored by LE agencies. Also: PoS >> PoW.
