This year I’m leaning in even harder to self-sovereignty and decentralization. #lightning looks poised to take off and bring bitcoin utility to a whole new level, #DeFi is coming back around with real world assets being tokenized, and #nostr is here to take social media out of the hands of large corporations. Time to hop on the wave!

Got to figure out how to get a lightning channel opened without committing a bunch of sats tomorrow. It should be a fun little project.

Umbrel plugged in and Bitcoin node is syncing! So much easier running a node than the last time I did 15 years ago. Now to set up a Lightning node and wallet to start getting zaps.

How are we justifying calling Epstein’s island “Pedo Island” when Great Britain exists? That place is packed to the rafters with nonces. Filled to the brim with buggery.

Finally getting back into running my own node thanks to #nostr and #lightning. The Black Friday deal from Umbrel was just too good to pass up. It’ll be great to have Pi-hole running again, too.
