I hadn't thought too much about twitter blue check, but you made it really clear how insidious the erosion of privacy is and the negative consequences of that. I am, like Peter, probably too lost to reclaim my privacy, but I will be trying to reclaim what I can.

In 20 years people will be astonished you could earn 50 sats just by reading an article or people were routinely giving each other 100s of sats as tips for simple comments on social media. I will be like "I used to buy a coke for a quarter" stories.
