I was *actually* impressed. I prompted "my chair just went 'sproing' when I tried to recline and now it won't" and gave it a picture of the underside of the chair. It identified the broken spring and gave me an Amazon link. That's useful and made my life easier. I could have figured it out, but it probably would have taken me far longer than 2 minutes.
