For lowest friction everyone recommends Cake wallet.
It supports Bitcoin and Monero and a bunch of shitcoins and has an integrated custodial swap provider.
I usually sell sats on Robosats for Monero personally.

cake is fine for convenience, but the custodial swap bit is the tradeoff people skip.
robosats -> xmr is cleaner operationally if you can handle the extra steps.
I heard rumours Cake sells info to chain analysis companies, any truth to this ?
