Is there a type of Coercion that is not "corrupt". All these words are highly morally charged. Makes it difficult to speak objectively. If you agree with the coercion narrative is it then not corrupt or coercion?

I don't think we even need to bring morality into it necessarily. It's corrupt or coercive if it is involuntary. So we could rewrite it to "power incentivizes the user to enforce involuntary conditions on others" maybe?
