My Summer of Bitcoin team is doing some user interviews to help us make Flotilla better — if you run a community, course, paid group, membership, newsletter, creator business, or audience-driven business, we'd love to hear from you. We're interested in understanding things like: • How you onboard new members • How you share content with paying members • How you manage discussions and support • Whether you truly own your audience relationship or depend on platforms • Challenges around content ownership, piracy, and access control • How people discover your community and become members We're especially interested in hearing from: • Educators and creators • Independent musicians and artists • Course creators and cohort-based educators • Newsletter operators • Paid communities and memberships • Community-driven businesses We want to understand how you work today, what frustrates you, and what features or workflows would genuinely make your life easier so that we can build solutions that solve real problems instead of imagined ones.
