Vaccines are safe and effective, and climate change is real. Just because mainstream narrative is wrong about some things doesn't mean it's wrong about everything. Not going to watch the 2 hour video or whatever, but already from the clip I can see problems. "Scientists" aren't a monolith, it's a (fairly) decentralized set of independent researchers around the globe all operating the same open-source datasets, i.e. peer-reviewed published data. Do they have blind spots about certain issues, sure (see my longforms for more about that). But on subjects that have the massive global attention of things like vaccines and climate change, the notion that global "scientists" as a whole are some kind of controlled narrative is pretty ridiculous.
