There's no moderation algorythm in that sense. Currently you can build a feed from people, followpacks, communities, and relay firehoses. Potentially these can be selected from WoT service providers. Within the next week we will have our TEPP implementation ready. This will enable the parent to define a bubble of view-only and interact persissions for people, places and events, and extend this bubble by adding another person's permission bubble.
