"Mindful" vs "Mindless" creation
Mindful creation = I have a reasonably specific goal and I'm working towards it
Mindless creation = busywork, assemblyline work, etc
Sometimes if there's nothing else to do, mindless creation really does have its benefits. But a lifetime spent doing that is probably not well spent.
