Very confusing first experience. When I tried to backup to the cards in the initial setup it also said two cards needed, but the manual backup later used three. You can check your cards with verify cards in prime, maybe you'll get info if all three been used. Have you disabled magic backups in Envoy? I didn't encounter that it will backup to google or apple account cause I disabled magic backups.
