Monero's inflation through tail emission is designed to go on forever. Starting from mid-2022, Monero implemented a perpetual tail emission with a fixed block reward of 0.6 XMR per block. This results in a continuous issuance of approximately 157,680 XMR annually, indefinitely.

Good luck with a fixed supply. You clearly haven't though about it or understand why you require inflation.

I'm sure he did. So did Adam Smith way before Satoshi was a pipe dream. How'd that turn out? Tell me how you get growth with a fixed supply?

The value of money rises. Goods become cheaper. You don't need to devalue money to have growth.
That same guy in a few years won't even remember this conversation and will be saying that tail emission is good for everyone. Basically a cult, always has been.
