I‘ve read about zapping a post directly - did i misunderstood this or am i missing s.th.?

On the Damus app there is both the 🤙 action and the ⚡️action for a note (depending on the ops profile settings). My understanding of a full zap is that there can be recognition of the amount sent and therefore the cumulative everyone has sent (e.g.⚡️6.5k). The cumulative is shown so a note can be seen as having value. This is separate to navigate to a user’s profile and using the ⚡️ there.

Ok, the ⚡️ is missing (on iOS)

I think it’s a work in progress and only available on test flight Damus rather that general availability AppStore Damus. Some of the browser based front ends will have it already for all users.
