To be fair, I feel many of the main towns a d cities in multiple countries are in the same condition. I think a combination of the death of the high street, loss of community and people feeling desperate or hopeless has caused much of this. Most upsetting for me is seeing whole generations of people that have just become husks, drink and drugs and unhealthy living has ruined them. All they do is exist.
