Bitcoin is anti-fragile. It is rather resistant to censorship but of course one still must actually try to evade the censorship. It is pseudonymous not anonymous, but you can be anonymous if you need to.
The question you are responsible for answering is, do you need to be anonymous? Do you need to resist your government or are you happy enough with your chains?
