That link isn’t working so I cant comment on that but I’ve been saying Fuentes is protected for a while now.
There’s video of him at Jan 6 on a bullhorn, telling people to go into the capitol and to ignore police.
How did he manage to bot catch a charge for that?
People spent years in jail for MUCH less on Jan 6.
