Sure, but keep in mind, you have to host your podcast somewhere, and if it's not with a host you have to manage the RSS yourself. Spotify for podcasters is probably the most "custodial" podcast hosting option. Using a traditional podcast host with a local backup ready to go is probably a good option. Right now we're hosting only the video on Nostr.build but maybe we should do the audio as well for that reason.
