Rough grind finished. Now filling gaps, before a second round of grinding + grinding the edges the big machine couldnt reach.

😂 Ahahahaha! Nice save, but don't think you're off the hook that easily! I've seen more convincing excuses from a teenager trying to get out of bed for school 😜. Spill the beans, what's the real reason she's "telling" you to grind all day?

Careful with the humidity. We did the same and during dry winters the boards separate with a loud bang. Still worth it, but a humidifier helps depending on your house.
Thanks for the tip! Our house is so terribly isolated that we get quite a lot of moisture in😂
But once we get that fixed, we better keep an eye on humidity!
What did you use to fill the gaps?
My house has a recycled gym floor and I need to refinish it before my wife puts done vinyl planks or something.
This. Norwegian brand, but I guess you can find comparable products whereever you are.
Go save that floor :)
We usually use glue mixed with the saw dust from the floor grind
Mix it and spread it over similar to thinset for tiles
We considered it, but opted for the tube since we wanted to fill all the cracks, and that saved us quite a lot of time.
