I didn’t notice anything with my breathing but I’ll keep that in mind during tomorrow’s session… I like to chew gum while I work out for better focus and to settle my social anxiety. I figured it’s better to chew mastic than lab created pishposh.
The mastic gum helped me push myself really hard which was awesome! I made it through an hour tennis lesson, 45 minute ab workout/cool down, and 30 mins of rallying the ball. I didn’t feel any fatigue until I spit it out 😂😂
