Maybe this is the point, always needed good reason to debase.
The general logic seems reasonable, though a few basic searches suggest that THAADs are not commonly used for shooting down drones like these, as they're the wrong technology. Which makes me question how much expertise he has on the topic.
But I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and have a listen to his talk if I get some time to.
