Ah Elon.... Cars are the problem. Electric cars = "sustaining" innovation, they sustain the toxic American car dependency. True "disruption" is getting out of your car. Walk, bike, take transit, take trains, etc. And besides, whatever lead Tesla had on the electric auto market circa late 2010's has been largely displaced by legacy automakers.
I've had a couple of Teslas, they don't live up the hype, but they are better than petrol cars. I don't know about legacy makers, I'm not seeing that, but certainly the Chinese manufacturers are advancing and potentially overtaking right now.
Impressive if it ever comes into service. I don't understand how it's possible. Cambridge somehow has an electric fleet of buses. Potholes are no worse than other cities ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ
