Timing is everything with morels. Temps have to be in a certain range, day and night. Usually they are in groups, and flow kinda like a river. Usually, if I find one or two, I look up and down "stream". I find them kinda hard to spot, at first, but once the first one is spotted, it makes it slightly easier. This was a bumper crop year, about 7 years back. We foraged hundreds. It was amazing, and it got my family hooked. #mushrooms #forage #morels
