we have not implemented video streaming yet but when we do it will be a first class experience, open source, and compatible with the rest of nostr

I must have misunderstood what you are looking for.
On dedbird, there’s a grok button on tweets. When you click it, it starts a private chat with context about the tweet and all the discussion about the tweet. I use it all the time.
