Why does the US have to pay the price for his life?
There are literally hundreds of millions of people whose lives could be saved with US money. Is the US obligated to save every one of them?

The US dollar is just as real as Bitcoin. It's real for different reasons. But they're both money and spending USD means allocating very real economic resources.
