Maybe I should not post any notes from simply Nostr

Then I post a note and I’m like shit that messed everything up

Check out nostr.build free uploads can go up to 100mb, and with a paid account there are more options. Even a page where you can host your files without worrying about reposting them to get them in order. For something like that you could look into actual podcasting services like this.
