It fetches kind 1 notes only and it does not have a way to access anything beyond the stored/fetched notes. Could be implemented if useful. I personally post kind1 events about the long form content, because long form itself is not displayed by many clients in the main feed. And it's usually enough to infer stuff from the content of kind1 in Ask Your Content. For me the use-case is usually questions like: "Did I already write about X"?
